Everything! was made to feel welcome. Everything was explained fully, was asked a number of times if I understood, was there any questions I had. Staff took great care to explain everything in detail.

Seen promptly. Given plenty of opportunity for discussion. I was listened to and my questions were answered. The person I saw was helpful and friendly. There wasn't anything that could have been improved (although the room was a bit cold, it's very cold outside!)

Care was good if you mean attitude of staff. Don't know what could be improved. Don't know enough about system.
